Audio Volume Control
Press
the "Volume Level Control" button on the touch screen...
...and a
new screen will appear. Up and down arrows on the screen increase and
decrease the volume of all audio sources.
The
Mute button is white when the speakers are muted and orange when sounds
are audible.
If you are
having problems hearing sound and the levels appear to be higher than
the amount of sound being output, it is possible that the PC or
MAC have their sound set too low or on mute.
To Troubleshoot
a sound problem...
On the PC,
click once on the small gray speaker icon in the bottom-right hand side
of the screen. This will give you the option to change the volume levels
or unmute the sound.
On the Mac,
click the slider pull-out button to retract the desktop toolbar, often
found at the bottom of the screen. Next, click once on the small speaker
icon at the bottom of the screen and use the slider to manipulate the
sound levels or unmute it.
If you are
still experiencing problems hearing adequate sound, please contact
the media support helpdesk at 512-471-9666 or by double clicking the
Report Console Problem link found on the desktop.
